An Evening in the Garden

I took my daughter Emma & son Sean out for a photo shoot this evening.  We had a lot of fun and they enjoyed all the lovely flowers!

It’s been so busy around here lately, I apologize I’m just now getting these up.  My son, Sean, celebrated his 5th birthday on May Day, May 1st.  I can hardly believe he is so grown up.  Here are a few, we are having another shoot soon and I will post more later.

Pray For Madison

I received a call one day from our editor Kimberly Stern at 435 South Magazine about photographing an event for a little girl named Madison who had been diagnoised with a terminal brain tumor.  While I was unavailable to shoot the event, I wanted to do something for this girl and her family.  So later that day we met at the hotel they were staying in while waiting to go to Disney World (Make a Wish Foundation) for a little family portrait session.  My thoughts, love, and prayers go out to this family.  God Bless little Madison!

Beth Koehn ~ Class of 2011

Today down in the Rivermarket,  I had a photo shoot with senior Beth Koehn.  Her mom Julie came along and my assistant Gwen was there to help as well.  It turned out to be a beautiful day, we just had to battle the wind a little bit.   Julie is one of my dear friends, and Beth’s brother, Aaron, was my very first senior portrait session 3 years ago!  Beth is a natural beauty as you can see, &  we enjoyed the scenery and captured a few great shots:

EA Bride Fashion Shoot ~ 3rd Issue

Back in February EA Bride Magazine & Living Moment Images teamed up yet again for an amazing photo shoot for their 3rd issue.  The shoot was divided into 2 days and covered 4 locations, including Gail’s Harley Davidson in Belton, MO, The Boulevard Brewery in Kansas City, MO, The Smokestack Restaurant in Independence, MO, and Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, MO.  Here are a few favorites of mine, hope you will love them too!
